Pre-Licensed Counselor, Bilingual

Are you passionate about providing compassionate, whole-person care? Arlington Free Clinic is seeking a Bilingual Resident in Counseling to deliver mental health services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. This is a unique opportunity for emerging professionals to receive free onsite clinical supervision. This position offers a competitive salary, no on-call duties, no weekends, and only one evening a week.

What you will do:

  • Provide mental health therapy to patients, under supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Conduct behavioral health assessment and triage patients with mental/behavioral health concerns.
  • Collaborate in developing treatment plans based on best practices.
  • Lead therapy and psychoeducational groups.
  • Track and report data for behavioral health grants.

Licensed Counselor/Therapist, Bilingual (Part-time)

We are looking for a skilled Bilingual Licensed Counselor/Therapist to provide mental health services to our patients. As part of our dynamic team, you will assess, treat, and coordinate care for patients with behavioral health needs. This role also involves developing new initiatives, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and working closely with community partners.

What you will do:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and triage patients with mental health needs.
  • Deliver brief, solution-focused therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate with clinical and behavioral health teams to coordinate patient care and ensure best outcomes.
  • Collect and report data for behavioral health grants.
  • Collaborate with community organizations for patient care coordination.

Nurse RN (Full-time)

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse to provide quality care and case management for our patients.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assessing/triaging walk-in and triage line patients, planning their care and documenting in the EMR.
  • Scheduling patient appointments and organizing pre-appointment work-up and post appointment follow-up as ordered.
  • Educating patients on managing symptoms, medications and self-care using teach back and motivational interviewing methods.
  • Coordinating patient care with support of Medical Assistants.
  • Managing onsite and telehealth appointments with volunteer medical providers.
  • Working across departments to provide integrated whole person care to clinic patient.
  • Managing assigned clinical programs to ensure goals and quality of care standards are met
