Appreciated Securities
A gift of securities, such as stocks, mutual fund shares, or other appreciated assets held for more than one year, can provide significant tax benefits and maximize the impact of your donation to Arlington Free Clinic.
If you are interested in donating securities, please call AFC’s Development Office at 571-569-3573 or email, to learn more or download AFC’s stock donation form.
Donor Advised Funds
A donor advised fund (DAF) is a special philanthropic account established at a financial institution, community foundation, or public charity to recommend grants to your favorite organizations, like Arlington Free Clinic. This strategy allows you to plan your charitable intentions while retaining the flexibility to change or update them during your lifetime.
Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs)
A qualified charitable distribution (QCD) from your individual retirement account (IRA) provides the option to give up to $109,000 to charity tax-free each year if you are 70 ½ or older (as of 2025). These transfers, known QCDs, offer eligible Americans a great way to easily give to charity before the end of the year.
Planned Giving
Planned Giving is a generous and intentional way to ensure that our neighbors in need continue to receive access to whole-person healthcare for generations to come. By naming Arlington Free Clinic in your estate plans – your will, trust, beneficiary designations, or other charitable vehicles – you create a legacy of sustaining accessible care in our community that extends beyond your lifetime.

Corporate Giving
Corporations can support AFC by organizing meaningful service projects that directly benefit our patients. Past groups have raised funds or collected essential items, such as dental supplies, hygiene products, or exercise equipment, and assembled them into care kits for distribution. These hands-on activities are a great way to engage employees while making a tangible impact in the community.

Vehicle Donations
Do you have a used vehicle that you no longer need and would consider donating to charity? Arlington Free Clinic is now accepting donations of used cars, vans, trucks, boats with trailers or recreational vehicles. We accept any vehicles regardless of age and condition.
Third-Party Fundraisers
AFC is now on JustGiving, making it easier than ever to start your own fundraiser. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, organizing a special event, or rallying your workplace, team, faith group, or social circle, your fundraiser can help provide compassionate, high-quality care to our neighbors in need.
